Today in Copyright History: 9/23
On September 23, 1985, Ralph Oman, the chief counsel to the U.S. Senate Committee on the Judiciary's Subcommittee on Patents, Copyrights, and Trademarks, was appointed the tenth Register of Copyrights at the U.S. Copyright Office.
