The European Union’s Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market (OHIM) reports that the first set of its updated Guidelines entered into force on February 1, 2015. The updated Guidelines, adopted by OHIM on December 4, 2014, serve as a manual of OHIM office practices and procedures relating to trademarks and community designs.
